The Oak Lounge at Mere Brook House, a cosy and intimate space perfect for your small meetings and gatherings. The Oak Lounge is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, making it an ideal choice for team meetings, brainstorming sessions, or even casual get-togethers. The room is furnished with leather chesterfield sofas and plenty of tables, ensuring a relaxed and productive environment for all your discussions. Data projectors and flipcharts are available upon request and tea and coffee is available for delegates to help themselves throughout the day.

Booking the Oak Lounge is a breeze. Simply select your preferred date and time, and we’ll reserve the space exclusively for you. We will then contact you the day before the booking to send your exclusive key code which will grant you access to the lounge, ensuring the meeting can start and end at your own convenience. At Mere Brook House, we understand the importance of a conducive environment for effective communication and collaboration. That’s why we’ve ensured that the Oak Lounge is not just a meeting room, but a space where creativity and ideas can flow freely. A homemade self-service buffet lunch is also available upon request.

Unlimited access to teas & coffees are made available throughout the day. Additionally, upon request, a large portable display monitor and flip charts can be made available at no extra cost.
